It is really important in my exercise journey, especially as someone who struggles with change and new routines, to try and train/be taught by as many different people as possible. I’ve spent time with everyone who teaches the HIIT at my Gym, with often surprising degrees of success.

It’s incredibly hard not to be swept up in Laura’s infectious enthusiasm for the process and her determination to keep moving and teaching people to be the best they can be. We’ve not known each other as is the case with the other instructors, but honestly, it does not matter.

Laura’s a joy to be taught by and is a truly beautiful human being.

areas for improvement     further

dictation marked       preserved
creation  habit forming         set

consideration   you have taught
only through this             mantra

can truth be seen          unearthed
I am moving   further on the curve
